Anand Oberoi (Managing Director)

Anand Oberoi, an Engineer by qualification, thrives on "Bigness" and "Challenges." Whatever be the stage in life, Anand always chose an extra-ordinary canvas and an extra-ordinary challenge.

At the age of 25, he found a challenge that would drive him for the next 12 years! As multinationals threatened to overpower Indian brands, his love for the country and its potential inspired him to support and create INDIAN brands! Since then, he has led the agency powerfully, empowered clients, and inspired them, to create impactful advertising for Indian Brands. Whenever our clients decided the scale of advertising, he motivated them to choose a grander scale, a larger canvas!

His vision and enthusiasm is infectious for our clients and our team. It is not long before we will celebrate the realization of his long cherished dream: FIVE THOUSAND STRONG INDIAN BRANDS!

Hamam, a brand launched in 1934, alive today because of Ram.

His love for Hamam, angered him to challenge the FMCG giant Hindustan Lever, when HLL implemented the Power Brand Strategy to kill Hamam. His 'clever' creative campaign helped Hamam to grab 20% of Rs.4000 cr soap market. It's a highest achievement for Hindustan Lever in 2002. Thus Hamam survived. But the axe fell on Rexona.

Ram added another feather in his cap, when he worked with Al Ries, the International Marketing Guru in 2004. For Arogya Milk, Ram's "Chaade Chaar Milk" positioning is the first ever number game in the milk category in India. This unique positioning + " Who is Arjun's Mother?" campaign dislodged the competitors and Arogya became as NO1 over the night. Usually, response to a campaign takes nearly a month – the information has to sink in and the public has to react. But this campaign has shortened that timetable.

Prior to Oberoi Multimedia, Ram was Creative Director of Mudra, Mumbai and was in charge of Anil Ambani's Reliance ADAG.

In his 15 years advertisement stint, he worked with agencies like Lintas, Bates and handled brands like Ayush, Rin Shakti, Amrutanjan, Benedryl, Dabur, ITC, Tata Rallies, Onida etc.

The backbone of our creative department for the last 10 years. He is a great student of LS Raheja School of Art, Mumbai.

His contribution to OMM has been immense. His creative talent groomed Priyagold brands to this level.

The only Indian perusing Ph.D. in Media with 14 years + experience in Indian & International markets, through top Ad agencies such as Everest, TBWA Anthem, Publi Graphics, DDB & OMD. Served clients such as - (India): P&G, Castrol India, Herbertsons Ltd, Parle Products, Kelvinator, Electrolux, Nivea, Recon Oil, Swissair, JK Helene Curtis, Hindustan Pencils, etc. (International): Nestle, Clorox, Moulinex, American Airlines, Petromin, Savola Foods, etc.

He is the face of OMM to the media world for last 12 years. It’s a religious duty for all media houses in Mumbai to meet him everyday.

He was a finance adviser to an Australian Company in Melbourne till 2006, is our Chief Finance Officer. He is one of the pillars in our Action Committee which puts Oberoi Multimedia on the fast track.
 
 
Puneet Bhatnagar (Director, Takat)

Star Group specially called him as Creative Head to launch their Hindi news channel. He created the positioning
STAR NEWS: Apko rakhe aage

He has 14 yrs of experience in  agencies like LINTAS, BATES etc. He is known for powerful campaigns like:  “9 baj gaye kya?, for KBC ; “Maine Desh ka namak kaya hai” for Tata Salt and “Har Jeb me rang”, for Nokia.

He is director of our training centre “TAKAT”, which trains the employees of OMM and its clients. He is one of the few NLP gurus in India.
